Refund & Cancellation Policy


Overview

At Bossify, we are committed to delivering high-quality branding, marketing, and creative strategy services. Because our work involves custom strategy, design, and implementation, most of our services are non-refundable once work has begun. This policy is designed to be transparent and fair to both our clients and our team.

Service-Based Projects

All service purchases, including branding, marketing campaigns, automation setup, and strategy sessions, are final once the project starts.

If a project is canceled before work begins, a refund may be issued minus any administrative or processing fees.

In some cases, partial refunds may be considered at our discretion if work has started but is not yet completed.

Digital Products & Downloads

Digital products, templates, or resources purchased from Bossify are non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.

If you experience technical issues accessing your product, please contact us at hello@bossify.com
 and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Subscriptions & Retainers

Monthly retainers or subscription-based services can be canceled at any time with written notice at least 7 business days before the next billing cycle.

No refunds will be issued for any partial billing periods.

Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve any concerns directly and quickly. If you have questions or issues regarding a payment, please reach out to us first at hello@bossify.com before initiating a dispute with your payment provider. We’re committed to finding a fair resolution.
